Did you experience CBT or CBTi previously? These two might sound similar but differ significantly.
I'd also point out that there are competent plumbers and ones who leave your house flooded!
Although my programmes incorporate and adapt core aspects of CBTi, it stands apart from standard CBTi courses by incorporating exposure therapy, ACTi, Positive Psychology and a whole host of other disciplines.

Given that insomnia is very commonly linked to depression and anxiety (studies show 9 times more likely for depression and 18 times for anxiety), it's rare I work with someone suffering with insomnia to not also experience these challenges.
Yet, if your depression is severe to the extent that you find it difficult to embrace behavioural changes and / or if you experience suicidal thoughts, please reach out to discuss your options.

Question 8: What is the time commitment per day?
You'll need to engage in behavioural changes, work on altering thought patterns with written exercise, and watch the videos. Setting aside 15 to 20 minutes per day is a reasonable estimate. However, part of the program is getting stuck back into your life to stop insomnia pushing you around!
This means that even a two-hour dinner at your favourite restaurant or a week's holiday at your favourite beach resort is technically part of the program – a pleasant challenge!
Question 9: What happens if I miss a session/have a holiday booked?
